Become a Church Partner

Could you help expand the impact of Through the Roof on people’s lives?
Your church could help change the story for the 90–95% of disabled people who never hear the Gospel.
 
Through the Roof depends on the financial and prayer support of individuals and churches. If you think your church would like to partner in our mission, please do put us in touch. It would be great if you wanted to be a ‘church link’ to keep your church up to date with relevant news or arrange a Through the Roof speaker, etc.

Partner with us in disability mission

Disabled people are usually overlooked and forgotten, often excluded, and sometimes hidden away (or much worse)! Your church family could transform lives through partnership with us to: give the gift of a wheelchair or mobility aid, a solar powered audio Bible; join mission trips to train others on a Christian perspective of disability;  be equipped with resources to equip the Church to welcome and disciple disabled people, and the opportunity for disabled people of all ages to encounter Jesus through our committed mission team-members, Roofbreakers and volunteers.

Could your church partner with us…?

Appoint a Roofbreaker for your church? They don’t need to be an expert – just have a heart for those on the margins and be willing to listen and respond with solutions. We can provide all the support, training and free resources to start, plus connect you with others on the journey who have specialist knowledge and expertise to share.
 
Encourage church members to use their skills and experience and encounter Jesus on international mission trips?
 
Give a monthly or annual donation?
Could you take a collection, hold a Gift Day, or donate from your mission funds? Your partnership of £40 per month (or £480 a year) would transform the lives of disabled people and further God’s Kingdom.

Invite a speaker to your church?

We are happy to discuss with you what you might like us to provide, but examples could include:

  • An article for your church newsletter
  • A speaker to preach and/or give an update on the mission of Through the Roof
  • A Powerpoint slide with news, photo and prayer
  • A personalised update with news of the latest activities
  • Ideas of how you can pray for the work.
